The Empathy Now Project is an opportunity for like-minded individuals connected by a deep sense of compassion for others to come together with intention and spread acts of empathy into the world.

These acts of empathy might be directed at individuals or groups of people of any age and stage of life. 

Amy Head began The Empathy Now Project as a 4-year initiative designed to positively support, enrich and enhance the lives of participants and the communities through a cumulative total of 4,828 acts of empathy.
